Barnard Associates employs experienced
Advisors that use a collegial process which actively
involves the client in order to optimize internal resources,
leverage available assets and yield measurable results.
When a client engages Barnard Associates, we help them
identify opportunities for immediate improvement, develop
a solid strategic plan to capitalize on those opportunities,
and then mentor the senior management team throughout
the implementation of this plan. In some cases, our
resources may provide an interim leadership role throughout
the project. Our services are compensated on an hourly
basis, on a fixed fee based upon a mutually defined
scope of work, or on a contingency structure based on
project milestones and demonstrated results.
