Donald has 30 years of experience in the area of risk management and financial operations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Retired from Eli Lilly and Company as Director of Corporate Risk Management and Insurance. Particular expertise in assessing risk and crafting insurance solutions that integrate clinician's liability, professional liability, clinical trial coverage issues and corporate liability issues in the pharmaceutical industry. Serves on the boards of several life science companies including NNC Group, LLC and Geist Pharmaceuticals, LLC. He has a BS degree from the University of Florida and a JD from the Nashville Law School, Nashville, Tennessee.
