Michael L. Eagle
35 years of experience in industrial engineering,
quality control, production engineering, production
planning, and facilities engineering with specific expertise
in manufacturing medical devices and pharmaceutical
products. Prior positions include GM of Plastic Processing
Division of IMED Corporation, Senior VP of Operations
and VP of Manufacturing at Advanced Cardiovascular Systems,
Inc., and President and CEO of IVAC Corporation. Retired
from Eli Lilly and Company as Vice President of Manufacturing,
where he served on the Operations Committee. While at
Lilly he also served as Vice President of Pharmaceutical
Manufacturing and Vice President of Vascular Intervention
and Medical Devices and Diagnostics Division of Lilly
that included responsibility for Japan. Currently, he
is on the board of a number of early-stage and established
companies including Favrille Inc.; Vyrex Corporation;
Radiant Medical, Inc.; Integrated Biosystems, Inc.;
Siegel-Roberts, Inc., and is currently Chairman of the
Board of Managers of Theron Technologies, LLC, and Indianapolis-based
start-up medical device company. He has a BS in Mechanical
Engineering from Kettering University in Flint, Michigan
and an MS in Industrial Administration from the Krannert
School of Management at Purdue University, West Lafayette,
Indiana.
