Thomas J. Eggers

Prior to joining Barnard Associates at its inception, Tom had a 34-year career with Eli Lilly and Company. His financial career included the positions of Financial Director of United Kingdom Operations, Controller of International Operations and Controller of Biochemical Operations. His initiatives at Lilly included the creation of systems for measuring product profitability in foreign countries, the development and implementation of international forecasting techniques, and the creation of methods for measuring and communicating bulk manufacturing productivity. At Barnard Associates, Tom has helped a variety of clients in the private and public sectors to identify new ways to view business processes and increase efficiencies. Tom enjoys working with client employees to implement new solutions. He is a board member of the Executive Service Corps. Tom has a BS in accounting from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Indiana University.
