BLS believes that the most basic building

helps define the creation and building of the business,

phase of an engagement typically focuses on the development
of an integrated corporate strategy. Our Advisors work

including: the business model and basic value proposition,
research and development, commercialization, intellectual
property, marketing, exit strategies, regulatory requirements
and competitive analysis. These efforts establish a
firm foundation upon which product commercialization
