Barnard Associates is comprised of a cross-functional team of highly experienced executive advisors that understand the challenges of launching and growing a businesses. We understand how to integrate sales, marketing, operations, strategic planning, financing, and corporate governance into an efficient and focused accelerator of business growth.

Barnard Associates advisors are engaged by clients to identify opportunities for immediate improvement, develop plans to capitalize on opportunities, and mentor the management team through start-up and/or growth phases of development. In some cases, advisors may provide interim leadership. Services are compensated on an hourly basis, fixed fee based upon a mutually defined scope of work, or on a contingency structure based on project milestones and demonstrated results.
